I truly hope that all of you are working out and eating right to achieve your individual fitness goals. I also hope that you are achieving success and that you are making real progress toward your ideal, lean, hard, muscular and strong body.
Most likely, each one of you would like to improve your lean body mass. You want to burn off unnecessary and unwanted body fat. You also want to make the muscles you have stronger and, for some of you, bigger.
I understand because I want to do the same thing. I have wanted to do the same thing for the past 30 years. I have had various degrees of success in achieving my goal of building my ideal, lean, hard, muscular and strong body. It is never going to be a straight line to the finish. There are ups and downs, but the desire to have a lean, hard, muscular and strong body has always been there.
The key is trying to be consistent in your training efforts and thinking of the big picture. Let me let you in on a little secret -- you're not alone. There are many people who share this dream, to have a lean, hard, muscular and strong body. But you must remember it "is a marathon, not a sprint". Slow, but steady gains are the way to go. They last longer, plus, if you are committed to the long-term approach, you get the benefits of having a lean, hard, muscular and strong body for a longer period of time.
I am 46 years old. I am no longer a 22-year-old college football player, at 6'2" 285lbs of muscle, throwing around other football players and trying to be good enough to play in the NFL.
I am no longer a 32-year-old strongman competitor, at 6'2" 315lbs of muscle, throwing around huge 400lb stones and trying to be one of the world's strongest men.
"I Am Now" a 46-year-old husband and father, at 6'2" 300lbs of muscle, throwing around my ten and eight-year-old sons and trying to be the best husband and father I can be.
Even now, training is a huge part of my life. I am constantly trying to eat right and train hard to improve my lean body mass as much as is possible for me. If this is also your constant goal and it is always there in your mind, you can achieve this goal. I am living proof.

I applaud all of you. You are on the journey, waging the constant "good fight" to build your ideal, lean, hard, muscular and athletic body. It is a long road and it is a constant journey, but you can get there.
Each of you has a dream, even if you don't admit it to others, or even sometimes to yourself, but you know it is there. It is always there, calling you to step forward and stop dreaming about the man or woman you want to be and start being it. Ask yourself, "What am I right now?" and more importantly, "What will I become?".
Purchase House Of Muscle supplements and either start the journey again or just keep on marching toward the ultimate goal -- the lean, hard, muscular and strong body you desire.
