Here is Ethan's diet at 12 Weeks Out.
At this point Ethan has trimmed down to a lean and muscular 244 lbs and he is eating 100% clean, while really trying to shred body fat and dial it in. In addition to the food and drinks below, Ethan is drinking 2 gallons of water per day. He is measuring all of his food and only using seasonings that are fat, sugar and dairy free. Take a look:
Upon Waking - Before Morning Fasted Cardio
1 cup of black coffee and 2 oz unsweetened grapefruit juice
Meal 1 - After Cardio
6 oz. chicken breast, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup gluten free oats

8 oz. tilapia, 2 cups white rice and 2 scoops of Vanilla House Of Muscle 100% Whey Protein

8 oz. chicken, 1 cup white rice

8 oz. tilapia, 6 oz. yams

As you can see, Ethan spreads his meals out across the day as much as possible and takes in quality protein 6 times throughout the day. He has a great approach to his nutrition and is continuing to make some great gains in muscle mass and definition leading up to his November competition. With only 12 weeks to go, Ethan is really starting to dial it in.
